| Description: The Derby Business Park is based on exceptionally efficient and innovate structural and MEP design. The building information model, by Engineering Office Mäkeläinen, was complete from foundations to detailing of reinforced concrete elements. HVAC and electrical designers used the Tekla model as basis of their work, and the model was utilized at the construction on site too. The project faced the additional challenge of tightening schedule, but thanks to Tekla's BIM software, the team managed to accelerate the process and deliver on time. « Less |
