European Space Imaging partner, Maxar, collected new satellite imagery this morning (July 30th) of the Olenivka prison in the Donetsk region of Ukraine where more than 50 people reportedly died following an attack and explosion at the prison early on Friday morning (July 29th). In the link provided below, you can download a gallery of images that show the prison on July 27th before the attack and a comparison with today’s July 30th imagery. One part of a building within the prison compound can be seen with extensive damage on today’s imagery, reportedly part of a destroyed barracks at the prison. Please let me know if you have any questions about the images.
