Stratasys Ltd. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Ordinary Shares

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota & REHOVOT, Israel — (BUSINESS WIRE) — March 3, 2021 — Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 6,896,552 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $29.00 per ordinary share. The gross proceeds to Stratasys from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $200.0 million. Stratasys also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,034,482 of its ordinary shares.

J.P. Morgan and Stifel are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Morgan Stanley is acting as book-running manager for the offering.
