Under the US COPPA law, mobile games that are used by children under 13 are required to get parental permission if they capture any information from the child.  The AgeCheq service relieves developers from building and maintaining the complex relationships required for compliance with the law.  In addition to the US COPPA law, Cocos2d developers who utilize the AgeCheq service will benefit from seamless compliance with new child privacy provisions in the Euro GDPR update expected in January 2016.
