U.S. Air Force Awards Tetra Tech $950 Million A-E Services Contract

PASADENA, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — July 27, 2015 — Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) announced today it was one of a group of companies awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract by the U.S. Air Force for architectural-engineering services worldwide. The contract value could reach $950 million. These services will support the U.S. Air Force’s design and construction programs, including the development of sustainment, restoration, and modernization program areas.

Tetra Tech will provide technical support to develop the required infrastructure including potable water supplies, utility systems, and transportation networks. Under this program, Tetra Tech will collect and analyze geospatial data, develop and apply decision-support tools for master planning efforts, conduct field surveys, and design facilities incorporating sustainable and LEED-certified elements to the extent possible. The base contract period is five years with two option years.
