May 29, 2012 -- BroadMap, a leading Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data, services and solutions provider, announced the appointment of two new members to its Executive Team. Todd Schmitt was appointed Vice President of Finance and Administration and Brian Scaffidi was appointed Vice President of Program Management.

In his new role, Schmitt will be responsible for all aspects of Finance and Operations. He will play a critical role in providing fiscal oversight of BroadMap’s expansion strategy into new markets and new products. His background in product management, combined with his experience in finance, provide a perfect combination of expertise to help guide BroadMap through its aggressive growth plan. Scaffidi will be responsible for further development of the company’s Quality and Project Management programs. He has already overseen the development and standardization of our project management tools and processes. In his expanded role, Scaffidi will provide portfolio-level status to the Executive Team, implement continuous improvement to the overall project management process and manage relationships with critical clients.
