Houston, TX – April 12, 2011 - 3-GIS, a GIS software development and services company based in Decatur, Alabama will exhibit at the Esri PUG Conference and Expo in Houston, TX.  Eric Fulcher, Vice-President of Utilities at 3-GIS, will also be presenting.  The conference will be held April 18–21, 2011 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
