Richmond, VA—May 11, 2010 - Timmons Group, a leader in enterprise geospatial products and services, today announced it has established a strategic partnership with First American Spatial Solutions, a leader in spatial and natural hazard risk solutions. This partnership was created in order to enhance Timmons Groups’ solution offerings, allowing the firm’s clients to streamline decision making and improve operations.

Timmons Group will incorporate First American’s ParcelPoint® national cadastre into developed and delivered ESRI ArcGIS Server solutions. Containing data for more than 124 million property parcels, First American’s ParcelPoint is the nation's largest digital parcel database. In addition to the parcel fabric content in ParcelPoint, many of Timmons Group’s clients need to understand property risk.  By leveraging First American’s risk hazard database content in its solutions, Timmons Group can facilitate rapid decision support for its clients in a cost-effective manner.
