Sterling, VA, April 2010 – Infotech is pleased to announce the hire of Mr. Jeff Jones as our Production Manager for Infotech’s new North America Center of Excellence (CoE) located in Dallas, GA. With our commitment to opening a CoE in North America, Infotech immediately sought after an experienced and professional production manager. Jeff, with over 26 years of experience within the Telco Domain, carries extensive experience in managing a variety of Telco projects. As the primary point of contact for our new CoE, Jeff will be in charge of overseeing the production team, with training kick-off scheduled to begin in early May.

Over the years, Jeff has been elevated from CAD Operator to Project Supervisor to his most recent role as Project / Office Manager. He has managed projects for specific telecommunication companies such as Verizon, Telus, Ameritech, and Qwest. In addition, Jeff managed the Pacbell ARES Conversion Project which included managing three production centers at one time while training and hiring over 90 technicians.

Infotech’s North American Telecom Program Director, Ron Cromer states, “With his background focused largely on Telco’s, managing projects as well as resources, Jeff’s expertise is exactly inline with his position here at Infotech. His management, training, and team building skills will allow Jeff to seamlessly gel right into his Production Manager role at our new CoE. We are excited to have Jeff onboard”.
