MADISON, WI – March 8, 2010 – GeoAnalytics® Inc., an information technology company specializing in business solutions that deliver spatial intelligence, has been retained by the City of Bellevue, Washington to provide GIS Address and Parcel maintenance development services and support.

GeoAnalytics recently completed phase one of the project by conducting onsite meetings to gain an understanding of project requirements and priorities. Outcomes included a technology plan describing the development platform and architecture for the GIS components, scope of work, schedule, and project backlog for the agile (scrum) project.

The second phase of the project involves the design, construction, and deployment of the GIS tools that were identified in the backlog. These tools will provide the City with the means to more effectively maintain and manage spatial-based land records information. The objective of these tools is to provide more accessible and better information for stakeholders, better currency of information through enhanced and automated data management workflows, and improved data accuracy and integrity.
