3Di, Inc. has been developing and distributing [3Di OpenSim] for companies and local governments, integrating 3D virtual worlds into web sites and Intranet sites. 3Di, Inc. released its Enterprise edition on April 15th, 2009. The theme of the VoIP solution was security, stability, and ease of use.
This time, 3Di's web-browser-based 3Di OpenViewer combined with Softfront's high-end telecommunication technology makes it possible to realize a commercial, stable VoIP solution in the web browser. In future, the VoIP solution will be able to deal with NGN(*1) and PSTN Networks.(*2)
3D virtual worlds with VoIP can host virtual meetings, events, or seminars.
