AIC’s Gemini features the new Intel® Xeon® 5500 platform architecture that supports up to 192GB of memory, 2 Dual/Quad-core Intel Xeon processors 5500 series, and AIC-patented MAX I/O™ Technology. The user-definable MAX I/O™ architecture cures the fixed-slot dilemma allowing users to define the usage of 72 PCI-Express Lanes (68 Gen 2 PCIe) through a broad range of risers option. Dataram’s DDR3 memory modules, with enhanced performance bandwidth and reduced power consumption, enable a broad range of high performance Gemini-based server platforms.
