Computer-Aided Products Wins SolidWorks North American Customer Satisfaction Award

Peabody, MA (For immediate release) SolidWorks Corporation recognized Computer-Aided Products, Inc. (CAPINC) for the highest level of customer satisfaction in North America for 2008. The award was based on customer survey data and other areas of technical support competence. The company also won this award in 2006. The presentation was made at the SolidWorks World 2009 event held in Orlando FL February 8-11 with over 4,300 attendees.
“This award means a great deal to all of us at CAPINC,” said Dana Seero, President of Computer-Aided Products. “We’re supporting some of the most sophisticated customers on the planet, who want to deliver better products in less time. When they win, we win, because we grow with them.”

“Compared to 2006, we have more Applications Engineers supporting more SolidWorks users, more Simulation users, and more Enterprise PDM users,” said Seero. “So in 2009 we will have to be even better. That means expanding our CAP University programs, our web-learning systems, our training programs, and delivering new tools for improving SolidWorks user productivity. We’re excited about that.”

"CAPINC set a new standard for support excellence with their second award in three years,” said Jeff Ray, CEO of DS SolidWorks Corp. “They have once again delivered the most outstanding ownership experience for their SolidWorks, Simulation, and Enterprise PDM customers."
