The new building, covering 12,000 square feet of space on three floors, is adjacent to the building that the company has occupied since 1999.

“The combined 24,000 square feet of office space between the two buildings will provide plenty of room for our firm to expand,” said John Chaney, Dexter + Chaney co-founder and president. “We’re committed to helping our construction-company clients grow their businesses. The new building features classroom facilities that will enable Dexter + Chaney to conduct training for its clients onsite. Its architecture matches that of the existing building and complements the natural beauty of the Dexter + Chaney campus. The site features dozens of evergreen and leaf-bearing trees that are native to the Northwest, an outdoor lunch space and other employee-friendly amenities.
