MultiSUITE Software products are fully version current – for AutoCAD 2009 and MultiSUITE CAD

MultiSUITE Software has announced that their structural detailing products have been enhanced to fully utilise the improved drafting environment offered by AutoCAD 2009.

Also, for users without full AutoCAD licences, MultiSUITE’s stand alone product called MultiSUITE CAD, which is built on AutoCAD OEM Technology, has also been fully revised.

Users of the latest MultiSUITE applications will see tangible benefits delivered by the main features, with new functionality in MultiSTEEL like steel cloning, and simplified bar creation in MultiREBAR, making the software easier to use and increasing detailing efficiency.

Now the packages for AutoCAD 2009 bring you the benefits of this release with an improved user interface, enhanced visualization through new features such as the ‘Steering Wheel’, and user-friendly functions like the facility to “quick preview” drawings with thumbnail images.

MultiSUITE CAD 2008 offers the only solution of its kind currently available by combining the MultiSUITE structural tools with AutoCAD OEM Technology. It enhances 3D structural modelling, 2D steel drafting and reinforced concrete detailing. AutoCAD OEM technology from Autodesk allows developers to produce industry-specific applications, but retaining the familiar AutoCAD interface and producing standard DWG format files.
