www.ds.com.ge) now uses ProjectCenter in conjunction with a truly international team to completely renovate the existing Iveria Hotel into the new Radisson SAS Iveria Hotel. The Hotel Iveria is a major landmark in the center of Tbilisi, Georgia.
Built in 1968 by the famous Georgian architect Tony Kalandarishvili, the Iveria Hotel stands as a centerpiece of both the Georgian capital and its history. For decades, the hotel was once the most fashionable Intourist hotel in Tbilisi. However, over a 10 year period, the 16-storey hotel became the permanent residence of Georgian refugees who fled from Abkhazia and other hardships. Prior to the current renovation, the hotel was reported to be deteriorating on a daily basis.

The hotel shall meet the requirements of contemporary design and is intended to become a symbol of modern Georgia: transparent and dynamic.
