The facility houses several divisions of The McGraw-Hill Companies, including McGraw-Hill Construction Information Group (CIG), an e-Builder investor.

Prior to the move, e-Builder was housing portions of its client data at a large publicly held data center. Noticing the attrition of public data centers in the marketplace, e-Builder worked with McGraw-Hill Construction Information Group to bring all e-Builder data under the safety and security of the Hightstown facility.
