Reynolds Advisory Partners Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Microdesk on Its Sale to Symetri, a Part of Addnode Group

LOS ANGELES — (BUSINESS WIRE) — March 29, 2022 — Reynolds Advisory Partners, LLC (“RAP” or “Reynolds”) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Microdesk, Inc. (“Microdesk”) of Nashua, New Hampshire, on its sale to Symetri, a part of Addnode Group of Stockholm, Sweden. The transaction closed on March 1, 2022 and was publicly announced on the same date.

Microdesk is a leading software consulting firm for building information modeling (BIM), enterprise asset management (EAM) and virtual design and construction (VDC).
