Secure Digital Check-In/Check-Out Reinforces Jobsite Safety, Health and Compliance

Using a smartphone and a dedicated QR code, employees and visitors securely check in and out, creating private digital records for time and attendance, location awareness, capacity planning, and compliance.

For example, as part of the check-in process an employee or subcontractor could be shown a training video. They would only be allowed to enter the site after watching it. This reinforces safety guidelines and makes it easier to meet compliance requirements.
Additionally, the new release of Safe Site Check In allows customers to tailor check-in questions for employees, subcontractors, and visitors and provide special instructions upon arrival. For example, directing workers to a specific area to tackle a particular assignment under a designated supervisor. Or providing a delivery person with special package handling instructions.
