Holden served as Uber's chief product officer from 2014 to 2018 where he founded the group that developed Uber’s self-driving technology, led the development of Uber Eats from its inception, spearheaded the Uber Elevate urban air transportation initiative and created Uber’s AI Labs. Jeff also held various leadership positions at Amazon for nearly ten years, working closely with founder Jeff Bezos before the company was even founded, leading to his role as SVP of worldwide consumer applications.

Having led the development of Amazon Prime, Holden was also responsible for the company's worldwide consumer website experience, including personalization, ordering, community, search, automated merchandising and online traffic. He is the founder of Atomic Machines, a new venture focused on atomically precise manufacturing. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1991 with a BS and MS in computer science.

“We are delighted to welcome Mr. Holden to Nexa3D's board of directors given his work with groundbreaking technologies,” said Nexa3D CEO and Chairman Avi Reichental. “His extensive experience and knowledge on how exponential technology disrupts entire sectors will help guide Nexa3D’s continued development of its own technology which is already breaking speed and cost barriers for 3D printing.”

“There is unparalleled change occurring within the 3D printing industry," said Holden. "Nexa3D is a company that offers a huge boost for organizations seeking a performance upgrade to compete within additive manufacturing. I'm thrilled to be able to draw on my experience and insights from the broader tech sector to help catapult Nexa3D to new realms of productivity within Industry 4.0."

Comparatively speaking, Nexa3D's flagship NXE400 printer makes the leap in printing speeds in the same way internet access moved from dialup to broadband, printing up to 16 liters of part volume at speeds of up to 1Z centimeter per minute. The fastest 3D printer on the market, Nexa3D’s prints at up to six times the speed and 2.5 times the build volume of all other comparable products.

The NXE 400 printer features full factory automation compatibility as well as optional washing and curing units that together reduce the time to produce functional prototypes and production parts from hours to just minutes. Nexa3D printers are powered by the company’s proprietary Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) technology and patented structured light matrix that in combination are capable of reaching speeds of 1Z centimeter per minute.
