  • Firms reported higher utilization rates, and also showed signs of investing more in employee onboarding and professional development
  • Employee turnover has increased for the second year in a row as firms continue to struggle to provide competitive compensation and retain the best and brightest talent
  • For the tenth straight year, firms saw an increase in their operating profit on net revenue, showing financial strength across the industry
