Former Upwork CEO joins Xometry Board of Directors

GAITHERSBURG, Md., Dec. 5, 2017 — (PRNewswire) —   Xometry the leading on-demand manufacturing platform, announced today that Fabio Rosati has joined its Board of Directors.

Rosati was the CEO of Elance from 2001 to 2014 and of Upwork from its launch until 2015. During his tenure, the company became the world's largest platform for online work, with 14 million users in 180 countries and more than $1B in annual billings. Before joining Elance, Rosati led the management consulting division of Capgemini in the U.S. He currently serves on the boards of several private companies, including SocialTables and Snagajob.
