Shanghai, March 7 2017 - JBC, a leading manufacturer of soldering and rework equipment, is pleased to announce its participation in the upcoming productronica China, which takes place on March 14-16 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) in Shanghai.  

productronica China showcases the entire value chain in electronics production in all industrial sectors. The fair has been one of the most important events in Asia since 2002. Together with electronica China 2017, the show is expecting nearly 1,200 companies from 17 countries, featuring a full spectrum of exhibits on the intelligent manufacturing, innovative products and smart solutions. 

Industry 4.0: Improve quality with JBC Net

Visitors approaching the  JBC  stand (E3.3528) can personally try out  JBC Net, a solution designed to give complete control of the soldering process with just a click. The Industry 4.0 allows companies to create a smart and unified production system by connecting multiple plants to each other. 

With JBC Net companies can manage and optimize the soldering process, standardize parameters and control the operator’s performance. This means they can prevent failures and in turn improve quality and efficiency. 

Hands on experience with JBC new solutions

JBC will also be demonstrating its new products for successful hand soldering: 

• Improved Hot Air Stations: the new stations, TESE and JTSE, feature along with the manual mode a new and powerful functionality of profiles to perform rework tasks with the maximum precision. They protect the PCB and the surrounding components even better thanks to the new control thermocouple.
• New solder feeder with V-Cut: the SF unit helps feed the solder wire automatically from any position avoiding splashing when soldering.
• New smart Fume Extractor: it is the best way to eliminate pollution deriving from the soldering process. It automatically starts working when the tool is in use. In addition, an innovative vacuum system integrated into the stand absorbs the fumes when the tool is at rest.
• The solder pot cartridges with stand: together with the CT-SA Solder Pot Stand, the Solder Pot Cartridges allow to dip into molten solder to tin wires where control of soldering temperature is essential. They can also be used to desolder Through Hole Multipin components.
