MSC Apex Awarded a 2nd Golden Mousetrap Award

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – February 2017 – MSC Software Corporation today announced that MSC Apex Fossa, the company’s next generation Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) platform has won the prestigious Golden Mousetrap Awards for 2017.

MSC Apex is the company's next-generation Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) platform. MSC Apex Fossa is the winner of 14 product awards and 25 patent filings to date, is the result of nearly 500 man years of software development and is in use in over 300 companies' worldwide.

The next release of the software, Apex Grizzly, is scheduled to be released in April of 2017, with additional powerful capabilities making it the most advanced Linear Structural Analysis System to date.
