San Francisco, CA, July 20, 2016 – Ideate, Inc., an Autodesk Platinum Value Added Reseller, announced today that it has launched an online version of its highly rated Revit Architecture Fundamentals course. Scheduled over six sessions, this course offers a flexible alternative to the company’s traditional three-day class. It allows students to minimize their time away from projects.
“We developed the online delivery of this popular course because of customer feedback,” said Jennifer Anderson, training manager, Ideate, Inc. “People want to take the course from Ideate, but some can’t to take three full days away from their jobs to attend our classroom session. And those who aren’t near our Autodesk Certified Training Centers would like to avoid travel expenses.”
This course, which will be offered monthly starting in August, is designed for 1) Architects, principals, designers, and drafters interested in BIM, 2) Experienced CAD users looking to increase their skills and marketability by learning Revit, and 3) Revit Architecture users needing a refresher of fundamental topics. It covers the same material as the classroom training and is delivered by the same Autodesk Certified Instructors who have extensive industry and teaching experience.
Attendees will learn about the concepts of Building Information Modeling and the tools for parametric building design and documentation. Through hands-on exercises, they will walk through the steps to create, modify, and document the parametric models, building on daily discussion topics in the creation of an architectural building model.
