ModuleWorks Press Release – 8 years of innovation and growth at ModuleWorks

Apr 21, 2016 -- Over the last 8 years ModuleWorks has strengthened its reputation for delivering innovative CAD/CAM solutions and has rapidly grown its product and customer base. Many of the people who drove our success still occupy key positions in the company today, although a few waistlines and beards have also grown in the meantime.

Here are four of the people you might recognize, as they were then and now:

The last 8 years have been exciting times: from a team of about 30 people developing sophisticated 5-axis machining software for a specialized customer base, ModuleWorks has grown to more than 100 employees and now offers a full range of advanced toolpath creation and simulation software to over 100 global customers in numerous industries, including dental health care, woodworking, blade and port machining.

Rapid growth meant we needed more space, and we opened new development centers in Germany, Romania and the Ukraine that enable us to deliver 3 releases per year and maintain over 20,000 installed seats of software worldwide. Our strong focus on research and development with our industry partners puts us in a solid position for continued innovation and growth.

As Yavuz Murtezaoglu, Managing Director of ModuleWorks, reflects, “It’s great to see how far we have come and how many successful and ongoing industry partnerships we have built in the last 8 years. It’s also very rewarding to see how the people who drove our success are still in key positions today. This gives us a strong basis for continued growth and innovation and we look forward to more exciting times in the next 8 years and beyond.”
