Broadcom offers various chip kit solutions of VCSELs, photodiodes (PDs) and physical medium dependent integrated circuits (PMD ICs) consisting of transimpedance amplifier (TIA), clock and data recovery (CDR) and laser driver (LD) for data center, storage networking and HPC applications. - 25G LR TOSA/ROSA designed for the SFP28 module form factor supporting 28G Ethernet, 32G Fibre Channel and the emerging 25G Ethernet Mobile Fronthaul applications with link distances up to 10 km
