SANTA CLARA, Calif. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — August 17, 2015 — Fortemedia announced today that its industry leading SAMsoft voice processing solution is now available as an embedded DSP application on the 6th Gen Intel® Core™ platform. Fortemedia’s power-efficient voice processing capability executing on the embedded DSP processor offers hands-free voice processing features including ambient noise suppression, keyboard sound suppression, voice tracking, far-field voice pickup and improved voice recognition.

The SAMsoft embedded DSP solution is fully integrated into the 6th Gen Intel® Core™ platform for easy OEM adoption of advanced voice processing capabilities. SAMsoft provides assured certification for Skype/Lync and Cortana. With the SAMsoft embedded DSP product, OEMs can provide premium voice processing features for their customers, ensuring a good user experience for all voice applications.
