BRISBANE, Australia — (BUSINESS WIRE) — July 8, 2015 — A2K Technologies, one of the largest Autodesk partners in the world, announced today it is expanding its technology solution offering for the Australia and New Zealand built environment and manufacturing sectors. The company is adding 12 leading software and hardware vendors to its existing portfolio of 20, which already includes Autodesk, Hewlett Packard, Adobe and Microsoft.
A2K’s move to a larger solution offering comes as design technology evolves towards greater platform integration, interoperability and collaboration. Recent industry developments in this area include the M3D Manufacturing Format Consortium’s new 3D printing file format, the integration of Autodesk 3D models with Microsoft HoloLens, and the embedding of the Spark Platform in Windows 10.
According to Fari Fanaeyan, CEO of A2K Technologies, because of this evolution, it makes sense for A2K to provide solutions from the widest range of vendors.
“Our goal is to provide a complete business and design technology solution to the built environment and manufacturing sectors. A2K’s partnerships with these other vendors now allow our customers to consolidate all of their business technologies and solutions with the one provider,” said Fari.
The announcement of A2K’s newest vendors follows the company’s recent addition of Ultimaker and Makerbot 3D printers to its product offering for the Australian and New Zealand market.
The new vendors take A2K’s partner count to 32, and include (in alphabetical order):
- Avaya
- Bluebeam
- Canon
- Citrix
- Hewlett Packard Enterprise
- Kaspersky Lab
- Lenovo
- NetApp
- Panzura
- StrucSoft Solutions
- Veeam
- VMware
Fari added, “Our company mantra is ‘Think Technology, Think A2K’, and our vision is focused towards providing our customers with a one-stop-shop for all their technology and business needs. With these new vendor partnerships, we are fulfilling that vision.”
