Theorem releases Publish 3D V.18 for JT users

Theorem Solutions’ latest release of Publish 3D V.18. for JT users includes the eagerly awaitedproduct features and enhancements for Theorem’s Publish 3D suite of products including the introduction of a multi template PUBLISH mechanism, enhanced wireframe and PMI support.

There has also been added control for the lighting, render and activate modes with additional support for the Theorem Unified Interface.

V.18 for Theorem's popular Publish 3D suite of products improves performance and robustness for JT users by supporting all versions of the JT file format from Version 6.0 - 9.5 which is the ISO Standard 14306:2012 version of JT and Adobe Acrobat XI.

Publish 3D for the Siemens JT visualization works via batch process publishing native JT data to the interactive 3D PDF format either via command line or via the Unified Interface.

The Publish 3D function enhancements for V.18 include the preferred PUBLISH mechanism replacing the original TEMPLATE mechanism and the introduction of a Multi-template PUBLISH mechanism which allows for the 3D data to be written to one or many output PDF files with any additional meta data such as AVI’s, hyperlinks and Power Point presentations attached.

V.18 for Publish 3D also features improved processing of data groups .This simplifies the assembly tree along with an added option that provides control over how the sub-ordinate data is processed by controlling the tessellation quality. There has also been added control for the lighting, render and activate modes and extra support for the Theorem Unified Interface.

Theorem’s Publish 3D (recently rebranded from 3D PDF Publisher) allows the user to easily create and share PDF documentation containing embedded interactive 3D data without the need for third party applications. Published interactive 3D models contained within a standard PDF document can then be viewed and interrogated using the freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Theorem’s strategic partnership with Siemens and Adobe ensures that there is a parallel development between the latest releases of JT, Theorem’s CADverter and Publish 3D products, allowing Theorem Solutions to continue to provide the latest data solutions for the Siemens community.
