In a related move, Jin Zhang has been promoted to vice president of marketing and customer relations. Both report to Vigyan Singhal, Oski's president and chief executive officer.

Prior to joining Oski Technology, Mr. Joshi was the founder and vice president of engineering at 3iLogic-Designs and previously worked as a technology developer. His more than 25 years of experience was gleaned from working at a variety of noted technology companies and startups, including Philips Semiconductors, Agilent Technologies, Aarohi Communications, Marvell Semiconductor and SiRF Technology. Joshi has served in project management roles, supervising geographically dispersed teams, and is known for conceptualizing and implementing innovative new technologies and architecting silicon solutions for them.
Mr. Joshi holds a B.E. (Electrical Engineering) from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee) in India.
Prior to her promotion, Ms. Zhang was Oski's senior director of marketing and general manager for Asia Pacific. She has more than 20 years of experience working in EDA, driving efforts to bring new products and services to market. Previously, Ms. Zhang was general manager at EVE-China, and director of technical marketing at Real Intent. She has also worked at Cadence Design Systems and Lattice Semiconductor Corp.
Ms. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in logic synthesis and verification and a Master of Science degree in International Management with an emphasis on Asia Pacific, both from Portland State University.
