David Dutton has been tapped to lead the transition as interim CEO based on his proven capabilities and experience in the semiconductor industry. He led public company Mattson Technology for over 11 years as President and CEO with a background that includes a decade of engineering management at Intel and Maxim Integrated Products. Ken Myers will serve as interim CFO, to maintain Silvaco's strong balance sheet.
