Kababulut joins speakers from firms including DDG, Forest City Ratner and TOWN Real Estate in a panel discussion on the creation of New York's newest residences, with focal points including modular housing, micro units and high-end luxury projects. The event begins with a continental breakfast at 7 a.m., followed by the panel discussion at 8 a.m. and a networking session afterward.
Lazzoni, which specializes in sleek, customizable furniture for the unique spaces found in metropolitan high-rises, recently opened its third New York boutique in Manhattan's SoHo District and plans to expand in cities including Chicago, Boston, Miami and San Francisco.
"Space is paramount in developing and furnishing metropolitan homes, and it will only grow more important," Kababulut said. "Our furniture features the latest designs and most sophisticated technologies, letting our clients take maximum advantage of the wildly varied floor plans found in these densely populated cosmopolitan areas."
Lazzoni provides consultants who assess homes and map a unique furnishing plan that clients can view and modify via computer. The company's unique collection includes pieces for every room, from beds with storage compartments underneath to stylish sofas with adjustable backs. Its butter-soft leathers are supplied by Italian leather giant Nicoletti, while rails and joints are built by Blum, the Austrian manufacturer known for its BluMotion soft-closing technology.
