An unprecedented number of GoEngineer customers invested in SolidWorks Simulation software in 2013. Not surprisingly, the company was recently awarded the distinction of worldwide leader in Simulation sales at SolidWorks World 2013. Customers are able to leverage their existing 3D data by using SolidWorks’ Simulation software to test product designs before manufacture. Setting up virtual environments to test strength, safety, and real-world performance improves product reliability and reduces the potential for field failures.

Two hundred ten teenagers were assembled into 27 classes to learn the value, excitement and possibilities of the 3D experience. “We already have parents calling to reserve a place for their teens at the 2014 camp, which is several months away!” says Jennifer Douglas, GoEngineer’s VP of Marketing. “It’s really fun to see the energy and excitement these kids have for 3D, and our technical teams enjoy inspiring these kids to enter into the 3D experience.”
