HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- Aug 26, 2013 -- Intergraph has published a new case study that describes how CAESAR II helped PETROFAC (Saudi Arabia) succeed on the $5 billion Rabigh II refining and petrochemical project for Saudi Aramco and Sumitono Chemical. The project included engineering and design for a large new aromatics complex and facility expansion to process ethane and naphtha, with 248 systems requiring stress analysis. Petrofac chose Intergraph® CAESAR II® for the project deliverables which included stress isometrics using the ISOGEN tool plus calculations, plots, datasheets, and reports.
