Collaborative Project Establishes Full End-to-end Integration Between eCMS v.4.0 ERP and Textura?CPM

CHICAGO, Dec. 11, 2012 — (PRNewswire) — Textura Corporation, the leading provider of collaboration solutions for the construction industry, is pleased to announce the successful implementation of Textura Corporation's Construction Payment Management (CPM) and Computer Guidance's eCMS v.4.0 Enterprise Resource Planning solutions at a mutual customer, GE Johnson Construction Company.

The integrated product of Textura―CPM and eCMS v.4.0 delivers end-to-end, fully automated capabilities to manage construction invoicing, compliance, payment, subcontract and change order processes. GE Johnson Construction Company benefits from the integrated solution by reducing double entries into two standalone systems and eliminating errors and lost time associated with manual data entry. In addition, they improve financial controls through better visibility of project billing and payment processes.

"The tightly integrated construction payment management solution that Textura brings to the eCMS ERP extends the value of our technology investments," stated Tony Craig, Controller, GE Johnson Construction Company. "The integration has improved our workflows, including our ACH payment processing. Our accounting staff has also seen significant productivity gains and improved efficiencies as a result of the seamless integration."

Victoria Satran, VP of Marketing, Computer Guidance Corporation explained, "Computer Guidance and Textura established a collaborative effort with GE Johnson to achieve the integration of eCMS v.4.0 with Textura―CPM.  Our new eCMS APIs, including one built exclusively for integration with CPM's payment processing, greatly facilitated the development and testing effort.  We have the foundation in place for the next phase of integration utilizing Web Services and SOA technology and look forward to working with the Textura team to further automate the integration between our systems."

"We established a strategic partnership with Computer Guidance this summer," stated Patrick Allin, Chairman and CEO, Textura Corporation. "This new integration between eCMS and CPM confirms for our mutual clients that we are effectively working together and are rapidly delivering on our commitment.  Clients now have the import and export functionality between eCMS – CPM that they demanded.  Our joint efforts will continue to deliver additional value to our mutual clients through future enhancements."
