Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. announces the conclusion by its wholly owned subsidiary Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc. of two license agreements for its Technobar and guide patents

LACHENAIE, QC, Nov. 21, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Capital Pro-Égaux Inc. (the "Company") (NEX: CPE.H) is pleased to announce the signature by its wholly owned subsidiary, Technique d'usinage Sinlab Inc. ("Sinlab"), of two license agreement granting non-exclusive rights to certain patents relating to its Technobar and Technoguide technologies.

Under one of the license agreements, the Company has granted to Utah-based corporations Delcam USA, Inc. and Delcam Holdings, Inc. ("Delcam"), non-exclusive rights to the certain patents relating to the Technobar and Technoguide for the entire patent term in consideration for a lump sum payment not exceeding $50,000. Delcam is authorised under the license agreement to make, use, have made, import, export, market, distribute, sell and offer for sale licensed products (which include any computer system or hardware product, including but not limited to Delcam's, Dent CAD PRO and DentSCAN or other software and hardware products related thereto that would infringe on a claim of a licensed patent) within the license territory of the world.

Under another other license agreement, the Company has granted to Tennesse-based Cagenix, Inc. ("Cagenix"), in settlement of certain patent litigation, non-exclusive rights to certain patents relating to the Technobar and Technoguide for the entire patent term in consideration for certain lump sum payments over time not exceeding in the aggregate $125,000 and certain annual royalties expected at this time not to exceed approximately $75,000. Under the terms of the licence agreement, Cagenix will have the right to exploit the licensed products (which include any product, product line, service, device, system, component, hardware, software, any combination of the foregoing, or other offering that is designed, branded, made, used, sold, offered for sale, leased, purchased, licensed, imported, exported, supplied or otherwise provided by Cagenix or an affiliate thereof that would infringe any claim of the Sinlab patents) worldwide.
