After rolling out eB Information Manager (now AssetWise ECM) to the organization, AmerenUE received feedback from its engineers that more integration with their in-house work management system was required. AmerenUE leveraged the versatility of AssetWise ECM and familiarity with its own work management system to create a new front-end application known as the Ameren Document Viewer.
