Exton, PA - Computers for Construction 2001, the tradeshow dedicated
exclusively to technology solutions for the construction industry, had a
strong show this week, November 13-15 at the Pennsylvania Convention
Center. The conference and exhibit hall proved to be a showcase for
products and services providing real solutions and cost-saving results.
More than 3,973 industry professionals gathered to network and create
business relationships, compare and test new products and services, and
discuss the future of the industry.

Exhibit Hall

As in the past, exhibitors were excited about reaching their top clients
and prospects face-to-face. Over 100 exhibitors showcased their latest
upgrades, new products, new partnerships and business strategies.
Exhibitors were especially happy with the attendees on the floor.

"We are very pleased with the quality attendance at Computers for
Construction 2001. We're seeing decision-makers that are looking for
technology that will solve their problems now," says Reagan Cook, Marketing
Manager, Geac AEC Business Solutions "We're here to build on existing
relationships and create new relationships." Geac AEC Business Solutions
supplies software for the construction industry including Web-enabled
project management, estimating and handheld computer applications,
integrated with back office accounting and job costing.

"This show has been very good for our company. We're seeing quality leads,"
notes Eric Newton, CPA, Vice President Sales and Marketing, Cheetah
Advanced Technology, Inc. Cheetah produces an enterprise software system
designed specifically for the heavy/highway/utility construction and
material production industries.

"We had really good traffic. We've seen many regional leads which is good
for us. The people we talk to are ready to buy," comments Angie Amburgey,
Event Coordinator, Microsoft Great Plains Business Solutions. Microsoft
Great Plains provides an integrated project, field service, supply
chain/distribution, union payroll and financial management solution.

"The quality of leads is good. The people that made the commitment to be
here are more serious about looking at the products on the show floor,"
says Peter Cannito, Consultant, Onsyss Mobile Computing. Onsyss Mobile
Computing develops wireless hardware and software solutions that extends
information management into the mobile environment.

"This is the best show we've done. The quality of leads is exceeding my
expectations," says Bill Patterson, Sales Director, WalkAbout Computers,
Inc. WalkAbout Computers, Inc. designs, manufactures and sells highly
rugged tablet computers and peripherals including vehicle, desk and
wall-mounted docking stations.

Conference Program

In-depth, targeted seminars and hands-on workshops offered detailed
information and solutions on getting projects to come in on time, on budget
and on schedule. More than 70 sessions offered the opportunity for
attendees to exchange ideas with their peers and network with key industry
players. "We're finding that attendees want to hear what is really working
and what will actually provide value. They want to know how to integrate
systems, and receive a real return on investment (ROI)," comments Douglas
Eberhard, Senior Vice President, CTO, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. Eberhard
presented the sessions, "When Your Collaboration Web Site Goes Bust" and
"Advanced Internet Applications for Design and Construction."

You Can Solve Now Using Technology, Palm Pilot: Basics and Beyond, Project

With an audience of over 350 attendees, the general admission keynote,
"Construction of the New Philadelphia Stadiums" took place Tuesday,
November 13. Richard West, Vice President and Project Director, Turner
Construction Company and Peter F. Coyle, Project Executive, Driscoll/Hunt
discussed the concepts, planning and construction of the $1.1 billion deal
to build the Eagles and Phillies stadiums in Philadelphia.

Special Events

* Seven "Day in the Life of a Project" sessions also drew crowds. These
sessions, taking place on the exhibit floor, demonstrated how owners,
architects, project managers, and clients communicate and collaborate
successfully on real-world projects.

* The IT Roundtable for Large Contractors on Tuesday, gathered high-level
IT professionals from the largest contractors to freely exchange
information on technology applications. Only CIOs from the 100 largest
contractors as reported by Engineering News-Record are invited to attend.
"We felt very open and comfortable to talk about all the issues (affecting
our businesses) at the roundtable," notes Clark Tucker, attendee and Vice
President, Technology, The Haskell Company.

* The CFC 2001 Summit on Wednesday provided a detailed explanation of how
technology tools can produce higher quality facilities, lower capital cost,
faster time to market and more flexible service.

* With an audience of over 65 attendees on Wednesday, the "Recovery and
Rebuilding after September 11" session covered suggested disaster recovery
and business continuity plans, life safety issues, structural issues and
thoughts on how the industry is responding to the September 11 attacks.

Computers for Construction Moves to Dallas for 2002

Computers for Construction 2002 moves to the Dallas Convention Center,
October 22-24, 2002. "We're committed to listening to our attendees and
