[History]

The first Beta version of KidsScript was released for web browsers in 2016, and following the release of Beta 2 in 2017, this is the first public release of Ver. 1.0.
This is also the first release of an iOS version for KidsScript.

[Feature 1]

As a text-based programming language compatible with JavaScript, KidsScript has been developed so that even young children can develop an early familiarity with JavaScript.
KidsScript offers a fun, full-scale programming experience that includes figure drawing, user event processing, animation & game creation, and communications processing on our unique block editor.

[Feature 2]

KidsScript is available as a Web version that can be accessed from PC browsers and an iOS version for iPhone and iPad.
In the iOS version, all of the programming content available in the PC version can be accessed even on an iPhone screen.

[Feature 3]

Over 100 samples and over 30 tutorials are included with KidsScript.
These samples and games present a wide variety of shapes to work with, and specialized content like physics for advanced users ensures an entertaining and educational experience for children of ages.

[Feature 4]

KidsScript is compatible with Bluetooth, making it possible to code programs that will operate by having two KidsScript applications communicate with one another.
