November 29, 2018 -- BRENHAM, TEXAS – Coldwell Banker Properties Unlimited LLC announces its grand opening of its 6,000 square foot office space.
The agency, ranked the highest selling office in the region for the past 30 years according to the Houston MLS, is now in its 30th year in the Brenham community.

The building, designed by PlanNorth Architectural Co., is comprised of meeting and office space. The Smart Building is optimized for the latest technology and training spaces with 38 workstations, three conference rooms, a training center, full kitchen, project center and a commercial office space.
Coldwell Banker went from closing $5 million in its first year of business to closing $10 million in its first week of business in the new space, says Brennan.
The mix of soft-finish plaster on the exterior with a sleek glass entry gives the building a rustic and industrial feel unique to Coldwell Banker’s global luxury brand, says Katie Burch,founding partner and principal architect of PlanNorth Architectural Co.
