3-GIS and JCEMA to host GITA SE Lunch and Learn

Birmingham, AL – February 8, 2012 – 3-GIS, a GIS software solutions company based in Decatur, Alabama, and the Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency (JCEMA) will host a GITA SE lunch and learn on emergency preparedness.  The event will be held February 16 at the Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency, 709 North 19th Street in Birmingham.

The GITA SE lunch will be provided by Dreamland.  Registration is at 11:00am or register for the event by emailing Natalie Culpepper at Esri.  Natalie’s email is Email Contact.  The registration fee is $15 per person.

3-GIS President Tom Counts and JCEMA Chief and Coordinator Allen Kniphfer will present during lunch.  3-GIS has worked with JCEMA to expedite data into the county’s GIS after the April 27, 2011 storms that devastated North Alabama.

Parking is at Boutwell Auditorium.  Bring in parking ticket for validation.
